Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro has filed a proposed class-action suit against American Honda Motor Company, Inc. (NYSE: HMC), alleging that the company failed to warn owners of the popular GL1800 Gold Wing motorcycle about a flawed design which puts riders at risk of crashing.
