Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro filed a lawsuit against Oppenheimer Funds, Inc. and Oppenheimer Funds Distributor, Inc. claiming the company violated federal securities laws and breached their fiduciary duty to investors regarding the Core Bond Fund.
